Brothers, Rajinder Singh and Saranu Ram have music running in their blood for they come from a lineage of artistes. Their father is a known and respected performer and like him they too are invited far and wide within the country to perform their special art form. Though they have their own fields in their village, they earn their basic bread singing in and around their area and on special invitation for private and Government sponsored shows in other parts. The group consists of 4-5 people all within the family, the women play the manjeera and the men, the Riwana and Kansi, instruments that are now becoming extremely rare.
